Engage welcomes Bartlett Group to the fold

We’re delighted to announce that we have won a lovely new account! Bartlett Group is one of the UK’s leading Insurance Brokers and Independent Financial Advisers. Established in 1940, with its Head Office in Leeds and other offices in London, the United States, Continental Europe and Hong Kong, Bartlett has clients in over 30 countries around the world.
They appointed us to take their online strategy to the next level, and we’re really looking forward to the challenge. We’re completely re-evaluating how customers interact with their website and turning the experience into one geared towards the visitor, rather than how insurance and financial services is perceived internally.
We’ve already started the research process, conducting a number of customer journeys to help us to really nail down the best UI solution, before we start the design and development phases.
If we can maintain a steady supply of ice creams into the office to stop us all melting in this fantastic sunshine, we’ll hopefully have the site live withing the next six weeks, so keep an eye on the blog for launch news!
